I designed this weekly wellness tracker to help with the day-to-day tasks associated with living a happier, healthier life. This is a no pressure, no judgement approach to tracking water intake, vitamins, daily stretch, etc.
What I love most about these checklists is that at the end of the week, you can see a pictorial view of your habits and where you may struggle and thrive.
PRO TIP: A super affordable way to save yourself on printing is to laminate the list and reuse it every week with washable markers!
