Setting Clear Expectations

Timelines and Deadlines: To ensure your projects are completed on time, it is crucial for retainer clients to come to our intention-setting call prepared with any deadlines they may have. If no specific deadlines are provided, projects will be handled on a first paid, first served basis and will be completed within the month of the retainer, assuming it is not a multi-month project.

Communication Protocols: Clear and effective communication is the backbone of our collaboration. Here’s how we will stay connected:

  • Primary Communication: Email will be our main form of communication via thewildlingva@gmail.com

  • Messenger Chat: I am available through messenger chat on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 am to 4 pm PST.

  • Video Calls:

    • Retainer Clients: Optional monthly video calls to discuss progress, goals, and any new tasks.

    • Piece Work and Hourly Clients: One discovery call to understand the scope of the project and set expectations.

By laying out these communication protocols and setting clear expectations, I aim to create a transparent and efficient working relationship. This ensures that all your needs are met promptly and effectively, allowing you to focus on what you do best while I handle the rest.
